ATRC Shareware License Agreement

1. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

This software ("Software") and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of:

• Applied Technology Research Center (ATRC)
• Remote Support LLC
• Khawar Nehal (sole proprietor)

2. SHAREWARE EVALUATION LICENSE & REDISTRIBUTION RIGHTS

2.1 Evaluation Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the unregistered ("Demo") version for thirty (30) calendar days from first launch solely for evaluation purposes.
• Use the Demo version on one (1) device at a time during the evaluation period.

2.2 Demo Redistribution Rights

✓ You MAY freely redistribute the unregistered Demo version, provided that:

• The complete, unmodified package is distributed (including all original files, license text, and copyright notices)
• No fee is charged for the Demo version itself (distribution may be bundled with paid media/services only if the Demo itself remains free)
• The Demo is not bundled with malware, adware, spyware, or deceptive installers
• No representation is made that the distributor is affiliated with or endorsed by ATRC/Remote Support LLC/Khawar Nehal
• All evaluation limitations (time limits, feature restrictions, watermarks) remain fully intact

This redistribution right applies ONLY to the unregistered Demo version.

3. REGISTRATION & PAID LICENSE

3.1 Unlocking Full Functionality

To remove evaluation limitations:

1. Purchase a registration key exclusively through authorized channels:

2. Upon payment confirmation, you receive a perpetual license for the current major version (e.g., v3.x) for use on up to two (2) personally owned or controlled devices.
3. Minor updates within the same major version (e.g., v3.0 → v3.9) are provided free of charge.

3.2 Strict Prohibition on Redistribution of Registered Version

✗ You MAY NOT redistribute, share, sell, or transfer the registered/full version under any circumstances, including:

• Sharing your registration key with others
• Distributing modified or "cracked" versions
• Installing the registered version on devices not under your direct personal control
• Transferring the license without written permission from Khawar Nehal

The registered version is licensed for your personal use only.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. APPLIED TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH CENTER, REMOTE SUPPORT LLC, AND KHAWAR NEHAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE, PERFORMANCE, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically upon:

• Expiration of the 30-day evaluation period without registration
• Breach of any term herein (including unauthorized redistribution of the registered version)
• Written notice from the licensor

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software and related materials.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Contract Act 1872 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, with the Applied Technology Research Center designated as the legal venue administrator for dispute resolution purposes.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensors concerning the Software and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. No modification is valid unless in writing and signed by Khawar Nehal.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
