Position Overview

As a Technical Support Intern, you will assist our clients with technical issues both remotely and onsite, gaining hands-on experience in IT support, customer service, and troubleshooting. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in tech support, as you’ll be exposed to a wide range of technologies and client environments.

This position is hybrid, offering both remote work and onsite support based on customer needs and your availability. You’ll be assigned tasks as required, with compensation structured either daily or task-based, depending on project demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Remote Technical Support: Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting hardware and software issues via remote tools, email, and chat platforms.
  • Onsite Support: Travel to client locations when necessary to resolve issues that require in-person intervention, such as equipment setup, hardware repairs, or network troubleshooting.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.

  • Type: Commission based internship (Remote & On-Site Options Available)
  • Duration: Flexible
  • Recommended duration : Minimum 1 month overall.
  • Time : Minimum 2 hours per day. 10 hours per week.
  • Work Mode: Remote, Hybrid, Onsite. Depending on work availability and location of the internee.
  • Fields: Sales & Marketing, and Business Development, IT Support, Software Development, Cybersecurity, System Administration, Industrial automation, Robotics and Networking.

Internee/Apprentice Program Terms

1. Nature of the Program

  • This program is not a traditional 9-to-5 job; it is designed to provide practical experience, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.
  • The program may include both remote and on-site assignments, depending on the nature of the tasks.

2. Duration

  • The duration of the program will be agreed upon in advance, with extensions possible based on performance and mutual agreement.

3. Compensation Structure

  • Compensation is project-based, not a fixed monthly salary.
  • Interns and apprentices will earn shares in specific projects proportional to their contributions.
  • These shares may be converted into cash payments at the completion of the project or specific agreed-upon milestones.

4. Training and Learning

  • Participants will receive training while working on real-world tasks, such as:
    • Selling projects
    • Completing client tasks
    • Providing customer support

5. Performance Expectations

  • Clear goals and milestones will be set for each participant.
  • Progress and performance will be regularly evaluated to ensure participants are on track to gain skills and contribute effectively.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Any work completed as part of the program remains the property of the company.
  • Participants may not use proprietary materials or knowledge outside the program without prior authorization.

7. Confidentiality

  • Interns and apprentices are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all company information and client data.

8. Transition Opportunities

  • Participants demonstrating exceptional performance may be considered for long-term roles or partnerships with the company, at our client locations, or transferred as employees to our clients or suppliers.

9. Termination

  • The program may be terminated by either party with prior notice, as agreed upon in the initial agreement.
  • Violations of confidentiality or lack of commitment may lead to immediate termination.

10. Additional Terms

  • Specific terms related to the program, including eligibility for certifications or references, will be documented in the individual agreements.
