For invoice based payments, please email us and we shall send an invoice to be paid.
To be able to send an invoice, we need the following information.
We currently use payoneer to send the invoice.
1. Customer’s Full Name or Business Name
- If the customer is an individual, include their full name.
- If the customer is a business, include the registered business name.
2. Customer’s Contact Information
- Email Address: Required for sending the invoice and receiving payment notifications.
- Phone Number: Optional but useful for communication.
- Billing Address: The customer’s address for billing purposes (especially important for tax compliance).
3. Customer’s Payment Details
- Payment Method: How the customer will pay (e.g., Payoneer, bank transfer, credit card).
- Payoneer Account Email (if applicable): If the customer is also using Payoneer, you may need their Payoneer-registered email address to facilitate the payment.
4. Invoice Details ( we shall fill these in according to the product or service )
- Invoice Number: A unique identifier for the invoice.
- Invoice Date: The date the invoice is issued.
- Due Date: The deadline for payment.
- Description of Goods/Services: Clearly describe what the customer is paying for (e.g., “Web Design Services,” “Consulting Fees”).
- Quantity and Price: Include the quantity of items or hours of service and the price per unit.
- Total Amount: The total amount due, including any taxes or fees.
5. Tax Information (if applicable)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN): If required for tax purposes, the customer’s TIN or VAT number.
- Tax Amount: If applicable, the tax rate and amount.

We have IBAN numbers for accounts in many countries to facilitate payments. This allows customers to pay in their local currencies and lower the bank to bank charges.
