THE ATRC PLEDGE
- I believe that I am a vital part of the ATRC team. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow every day.
- I believe that I am entitled to respect, support, and the pursuit of excellence. Nothing more. I also understand that “success” and the “pursuit of success” require continuous effort.
- I believe there is no such thing as a “small task.” I believe that every assignment is an opportunity to demonstrate my value, and it’s up to me to make the best of it.
- I do not just “show up.” I bring my full potential with me. I believe that any project can be completed with passion and enthusiasm.
- I value our resources and do all I can to avoid waste. I will be responsible with time, materials, and budget.
- I believe that my safety and the safety of my team is my responsibility. I understand that being in “compliance” does not necessarily mean I’m out of danger.
- I believe the best way to distinguish myself at ATRC is to be proactive, stay engaged, and cheerfully volunteer for challenging tasks.
- I believe the most unproductive behaviors are whining and complaining. I will not engage in them. If I see a problem, I will bring a solution.
- I believe that my continuous education is my responsibility and absolutely critical to ATRC’s success. I am resolved to learn as much as I can and share that knowledge with my team.
- I believe that I am a product of my choices – not my circumstances. I will take ownership of my outcomes and the challenges I face.
- I understand the work environment is not always easy, and I’m OK with that. I do not resent the success of my colleagues; I celebrate it.
- I believe that all team members are created equal. I also believe that all people make choices. Some choose to do the bare minimum. I choose to give my best effort.
On my honor, I hereby affirm the above statements to be an accurate summation of my personal and professional worldview at ATRC. I promise to live by them.
