How is the 65% bonus calculated? +
The Early Adopter Bonus is a promotional rebate granted at the Provider's discretion, tied to actual server deployment and operational performance. It unlocks progressively over approximately 5 months as we deploy physical infrastructure. It is not a guaranteed financial return.
Can I get my money back? +
The Base Credit (your initial payment) is non-refundable once server deployment has commenced, as it has been allocated to physical infrastructure. The Early Adopter Bonus (the promotional portion) can be withdrawn as a cash rebate via Raast to your verified bank account.
Do I pay tax on the bonus? +
Because this is structured as a commercial promotional rebate (similar to credit card cashback or airline loyalty points), it is not classified as taxable investment income. However, you are responsible for declaring any significant commercial rebates per your own tax status. Consult your tax advisor.
What if server deployment is delayed? +
Bonus accrual is contingent on successful hardware deployment. If deployment is delayed due to supply chain issues, import restrictions, or other force majeure events, your bonus unlock schedule will be proportionally delayed. You will be notified via the portal and email.
What services can I use my credits for? +
Credits can be applied to any Remote Support LLC service, including:
  • Nextcloud enterprise hosting (monthly subscription)
  • Cold storage ($5/TB/month)
