💳 Payment Terms & Conditions
Remote Support LLC – SME All-in-One Suite

1. Pricing Structure & Currency

• Monthly Rate: PKR 15,000 (inclusive of server management, setup, and 100 GB storage).
• Currency Flexibility: Payments can be made via banks, credit card and LTC (Litecoin) at the current market rate at the time of invoice generation.
• No Hidden Fees: The stated price covers unlimited users across all 5 apps. There are no per-seat licensing fees, ever.

2. Billing Cycle & Commitment

• Minimum Contract Term: 12 Months (1 Year).
• Billing Frequency: Monthly in advance.
• Invoice Date: Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days of receipt.
• Early Termination: As this is a discounted "Special Offer" rate requiring minimum 1-year commitment, early termination before 12 months will incur a breakage fee equal to 2 months of service (PKR 30,000) to cover initial setup and provisioning costs.

3. Setup & Onboarding

• Setup Fee: WAIVED (Value: PKR 25,000+) when signed up under this Special Offer.
• Provisioning Time: Server setup and app configuration will be completed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Free Installation: Includes initial configuration of CRM, ERP, Projects, Docs, and HR modules.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (Local): Direct deposit to our corporate account (Details provided on invoice).
• Cryptocurrency: Litecoin (LTC). Wallet address provided on invoice.
• International Wire: For global clients, payoneer and IBAN is available. Please contact sales for an invoice.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Credits

In line with our "Trust but Verify" model:

• Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% uptime for the core server infrastructure.
• Service Credits: If uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, you will receive a service credit proportional to the downtime on your next invoice.
• Backup Integrity: Automated backups are included. Restoration requests are handled via our self-service portal or support ticket. Assisted restores are billed separately at 1.76 LTC/hour if manual intervention is required beyond standard one-click restore.

6. Storage & Overages

• Included Storage: 100 GB high-speed SSD storage.
• Expansion Policy: If more storage is required, then a larger server needs to be migrated to. Rates for the server shall depend on upgraded requirements.

7. Data Sovereignty & Ownership

• Your Data, Your Rules: You retain 100% ownership of all data hosted on your instance.
• Export Rights: You may export your data at any time in standard formats (SQL, CSV, PDF) without any restrictions.
  
• Deletion: Upon contract expiration or termination, data is securely wiped from our servers after a 30-day grace period, unless a backup archive is purchased.

8. Renewal & Price Lock

• Price Lock: Your rate of PKR 15,000/month is locked for the initial 12-month term.
• Renewal: After 12 months, the contract automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Renewal rates will be based on normal rates with 60 days’ prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

• We prioritize amicable resolution. Any disputes regarding service quality or billing will be addressed within 48 hours by our technical leadership team.
• Governing Law: Laws of Pakistan.
• Jurisdiction: Karachi.
